ULTRA-PLAYABLE DESIGN
The smooth look and feel of this guitar is thanks to its sleek double cutaway body, designed with contours to make playing comfortable. It's cut from mahogany and comes in either a quilted or flamed maple veneer top. The super-fast neck has a 25.5" scale length and is cut from roasted hard maple. The fingerboard is also a roasted hard maple with a 16" radius.
JOHN PETRUCCI SIGNATURE SPECS
The 24 frets of this guitar are medium jumbo profile, for smooth, quick playing all over the neck. The fingerboard has Custom JP inlays, featuring a special, large design between the nut and first fret. The bridge of this guitar is a modern tremolo with stainless steel saddles, designed to have you bending and pulling like John. You don't have to worry about going out of tune either, thanks to the locking tuning machines.
STERLING BY MUSIC MAN DESIGNED PICKUPS
The JP150 features electronics that give you unparalleled sonic versatility. It has two Sterling by Music Man designed humbucker pickups, which can make high-end squeals or low, metal chugs. This axe also has a push/push volume knob, which gives you a 12db boost so you can stand out when playing leads.
